Getting started with fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. This simple at-home workout plan is perfect for beginners looking to build strength, improve energy, and support total body wellness. With just a few basic pieces of equipment, you can create an effective routine right from home.

Warm up 5-10 minutes

Start with light movement to get your body ready. Try marching in place, arm circles, and gentle stretching to increase blood flow and reduce injury risk.

Beginner Workout Routine

Complete the following exercises in a circuit. Perform each movement for 10–12 repetitions and repeat the circuit 2–3 times.

1- Squats (If needed, increased difficulty by holding dumbbells by your side)

2- Modified Push-Ups

3- Resistance Band Rows with each arm (choose the color TheraBand that is right for you)

4- Jump Rope (or march in place)

5- Plank Hold (20–30 seconds)
